Afinidata uses artificial intelligence to create a chatbot to deliver smart health care and nutrition assistance to parents for children under 6 years old. Afinidata connects users (parents or primary caretakers) to a virtual ‘assistant’ similar to Siri on Facebook Messenger to help facilitate early childhood education activities. The virtual assistant will start a conversation, and after getting to know more about their children, the virtual assistant will suggest a new educational activity to play, sing, talk, and/or engage with their children in their own household. Additionally, the chat-center feature allows conversations to be transferred to human interaction for user questions requiring more expert knowledge.
